Procedura Whistleblowing

UNOAERRE INDUSTRIES S.p.A. is committed to operating ethically and responsibly and requires its people and business partners to operate in accordance with:

  • General principles of corporate policy,
  • Authority provisions,
  • Company procedures,
  • Human Rights.

WHAT TO REPORT

UNOAERRE INDUSTRIES S.p.A. invites its counterparts to report any incorrect, dishonest or potentially illegal activity, as well as conduct that may cause damage or harm, including image damage, to the company. To this end, a Whistleblowing process has been set up to provide potential whistleblowers with safe channels that ensure compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations, as well as protection from retaliation.


HOW TO REPORT

UNOAERRE INDUSTRIES S.p.A. has provided an external digital platform in order to ensure the effectiveness and confidentiality of the reporting process and provide access to all those who wish to make a report.

The company allows the report to be sent also by regular mail, in this case it is necessary to print out the reporting forms available in this area of the site and proceed as follows:

  • Paper report form_to be inserted in envelope 1, duly filled in, must be placed in a sealed envelope with the indication ‘identification data of the person reporting the offence’ on the outside;
  • Paper Report Form_to be inserted in Envelope 2, duly completed, must be placed in a sealed envelope marked ‘whistleblowing’ on the outside;
  • The two envelopes described above must be placed in an envelope with the outside marked ‘Confidential to the REPORTING MANAGER’ and sent to the address ‘Loc. SAN ZENO STRADA E n° 5, 52100 Arezzo’.


  • WHAT DOES THE COMPANY DO AFTER RECEIVING THE REPORT?

    The Whistleblowing process consists of the following steps:


  • Receipt of the report
  • Preliminary assessment
  • Investigation
  • Closing of the report.

  • The Whistleblowing Manager verifies the reports received to ascertain the facts described.
    The results of the investigation and the proposed prevention/mitigation/penalty measures to be taken are then submitted to the Board of Directors, which assesses their adequacy and, if required, requests further investigation.

    WHAT NOT TO REPORT

    Reports other than those described above, in particular those referring to requests and complaints of a commercial nature as well as disputes or requests related to an interest of a personal nature of the reporter, will not be dealt with.
    In the event of unfounded reports, made in bad faith or with gross negligence, UNOAERRE INDUSTRIES S.p.A. reserves the right to take action in defense of its own interests or those of the harmed parties.
