Payment methods on unoaerre.it
You can pay for your online purchase via PayPal, (with PayPal account or credit card), Credit Card or bank transfer. UNOAERRE INDUSTRIES S.p.A. reserves the right to vary or implement, at any time, the means of payment that can be used by the Customer. In the case of payment by credit card, the Customer will be charged once the credit card details have been verified and upon receipt of the debit authorization from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer.
Secure payments by credit card via 3DSECURE
In Italy, since 2020 we have the PSD2 which ensures online payments.
When you make a payment by credit card, the system will ask you to authorize the payment through the 3D Secure process, which will differ depending on the type of card or bank you have chosen: OTP code, sending SMS, authorization via the APP of the Bank. Therefore, if you have not already done so, we recommend that you activate 3DSECURE as intended by your bank, by checking your bank's website or by contacting customer support. Once 3DSECURE is activated, all online payments will be faster and safer.
If you have problems with paying by credit card, you can proceed by selecting Paypal and choosing the Pay with a card option during login . Find out more in the next paragraph
Secure payments with Paypal and credit card option
By selecting Paypal, you will be redirected to PayPal website.
If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your email address and password and confirm the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can proceed with a guest account or create one, or you can proceed by choosing to pay by credit card. This way you will not be forced to use 3DSECURE and the payment will be processed immediately.
Payments by bank transfer
If you don't have a credit card or Paypal account, you can proceed by selecting Bank Transfer.
You will find all the informations to make the transfer on the order confirmation page and in the order summary email. The shipment will be made by Unoaerre upon receipt of the transfer.
