Shipping fees and delivery timeline

UNOAERRE will ensure that the shipment of the Products available from website will take place between 5 and 10 working days following the day of receipt of the order (therefore excluding holidays and / or company closure ). The delivery terms envisaged here must be considered non-binding, non-essential and merely ordering. UNOAERRE INDUSTRIES S.p.A. therefore it cannot be held responsible in any way for failure to comply with them. The cost of standard shipping by courier is € 9.00. Free shipping is provided for orders equal to and over €89.00.

UNOAERRE INDUSTRIES S.p.A. guarantees the shipment of the Products by express couriers selected depending on the items ordered and the place of destination (indicated by the Customer at the time of registration or to a different address indicated by the Customer at the time of sending the 'order). Upon request, the customer can also check the status of orders thanks to the online "Order Tracking" function provided by the courier chosen for delivery. This verification can be carried out by the Customer only after the shipment of the Products. It is extremely important that the customer checks the external status of the packages with the most accuracy upon receipt. Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages, must be immediately notified by putting WRITTEN CHECK RESERVE on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the CUSTOMER will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, by telephone by the CUSTOMER at 0575 9251 or by email at

Returns and Refunds

The Customer has the right to return the goods purchased on the website and withdraw from the Contract with UNOAERRE INDUSTRIES SpA, without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the designated carrier, acquires physical possession of the Product. The date indicated on the courier's delivery document will prevail.
The return can consist of an exchange of goods, change of size or refund.
For each return requests made after 14 (fourteen) days from the physical acquisition of the Product, we provide for a free exchange with an item of the same or higher amount (difference to be paid by the customer). Each request for a higher exchange of goods that is added to a first exchange does not provide a refund, but only an exchange with an object of the same amount or higher amount. A maximum of 2 changes are allowed.

Products should be send to the following address UNOAERRE INDUSTRIES S.p.A. - Loc. San Zeno Strada E, 5 - 52100 Arezzo (Italy). The Product must be returned intact; if the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal and return in a way that does not comply with the methods indicated above in this article, he will not be entitled to a refund.

If the Customer makes the return request, all payments made in favor of UNOAERRE INDUSTRIES S.p.A. will be reimbursed, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which UNOAERRE INDUSTRIES S.p.A. has been informed of the decision to withdraw from the Contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly communicated otherwise to UNOAERRE INDUSTRIES S.p.A. otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this refund.
The refund can be suspended by UNOAERRE INDUSTRIES S.p.A. until receipt of the goods or until the Customer demonstrates that he has returned the goods, if earlier.
The related costs relating to the return of the Products are entirely borne by the Customer.
The customer can alternatively proceed with a request to exchange goods or change size, following the same procedure as above.
